Came for an oil change, came away with a $1300 bill Took almost 4 hrs for the work, also did not check air pressure in tire, or fix a dislodged vent. Not sure if they actually rotated tires either because the low pressure was exactly where it was before I came by. More

Sales person was a slease bag. I visited the Toyota in Woburn recently to get my 2010 RAV4 serviced. I was met by Nick as I pulled up. I am pretty good at reading people and he just came off as an "xxxxxxx" and as a woman, I am very alert to people trying to take advantage of women when it comes to service. He didn't explain much of anything to me just gave me prices. It would have been nice had explained why I needed certain things as well as how they affected each other. I am not a dummy when it comes to auto repair but I didn't tell him that, I just let him say what he wanted to say and hoped he would show great customer service. He did not. I talked to a friend of mine who has been to the Woburn Toyota and she had the same experience with Nick too. I wished I had known that otherwise I would have requested someone else or gone to a different Toyota like the one in Danvers. The guy just gives off bad vibes. Don't get me started on his recommendations because I went somewhere else and they said I didn't need half of what he said I did. He tried to scam me too. More

I was approached with a very rude guy NICK . I went on for Rav4 service appointment extended warrenty on 1/17/19 at 9:30 . I was approached with a very rude guy . He was very disrespectful . He do not even smile at customers . After my paper work , I said i need a ride to office 2 times . Gave him the address . He did nor send information to shuttle guys . Waited for 30 mins . i checked with shuttle team they have not not got any message from him . In the evening i went to pick my vehicle evening . I was approached by same guy . He did not change his attitude , he did not give copy of bill . on top of that he says my car is ready inside go and pick up . when i went there my car was not there. I really appreciate Austin Rush and Cathy , they were very supportive and helpful . i would rate 10/10 for Austin service person worked on my vehicle More
