Great customer service, thanks to Anthony! I came for an initial oil change service and was informed my brakes were at about 15% brake life. I knew at some point this was coming but financially I came for an initial oil change service and was informed my brakes were at about 15% brake life. I knew at some point this was coming but financially wasn't prepared. I worked with Anthony Petrella who is phenomenal at customer service, he gave me all the information of what to expect, costs and time frame of when it should be done. He didn't try to sell you like others do and pressure you. He told me what was my options between parts and coupons that would apply. It was easy enough when I was able to figure it out financially I sent him an email, he set up my appointment up right away and gave me a rental car for the 4 hour time frame that it took, which REALLY helped so I didn't have to ask others for a ride on a Friday. Overall, Toyota is extremely lucky to have such a great employee, couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. More
