Check engine diagnostic Came in for a 9 am appointment. Was made to wait until 11.30 for a silly diagnostic with an error reading machine. Quick and easy I was there for my 5k Toyota care check. Staff was nice ( although when I first walked in there was an employee sitting at the front desk on his cell I was there for my 5k Toyota care check. Staff was nice ( although when I first walked in there was an employee sitting at the front desk on his cell phone; not sure if he was able to help people at the counter but wasn’t a good look). I would also say that it was kind of frustrating with construction. You drive to the bottom of the hill to find out for my appointment that I need to turn around and go back to the top building. Having signs to avoid this would be nice. More
