Not good Went to Woburn Toyota because my tire pressure light was on. My truck was there for a total of fire hours and they told me my sensors were fine but th Went to Woburn Toyota because my tire pressure light was on. My truck was there for a total of fire hours and they told me my sensors were fine but the computer somehow couldn’t read them. They charged me to reprogram the computer and the light was back on after about driving for 15 miles. I tried to call them to find out what to do but there was no answer so I left a message. No one ever returned my call so eventually I called back the following day. The guy told me to just reset the light and it would work and it didn’t. I find it ridiculous that they have my truck for five hours charge me to fix it, not fix it and then when I call to complain their only answer is to bring it back. More

They did take it back and replaced everything but the calipers which my own mechanic said needed replacing as well. We are still experiencing a grinding noise which is not going away. I will be calling them when I return from a conference....stay tuned!! This is disappointing to say the least. More

Great service, they make it easy John and Mark did a great job taking care of our car. One suggestion - on your website, just make an easy entry for "type of service" that is just "regular maintenance and multipoint inspection". I was able to work with the service manager to choose specific repairs to be done, and was contacted by phone every few days to be updated on progress of repairs. The service center was always upfront with costs and technical details upon request. I received my car back in just over a week and a half, and it's been running great ever since! More
