Woburn Toyota Scion - Service Center

Swindled I came in for the last of my prepaid service. Ended up leaving $663 in the hole. I needed new brake pads, they suggested new rotors (also suggested ne I came in for the last of my prepaid service. Ended up leaving $663 in the hole. I needed new brake pads, they suggested new rotors (also suggested new wipers and AWD..mind you, my car is less than 2 years old and brand new. So either your cars suck or your service dept are a bunch of swindlers, I’m going with the latter). I asked them to try to resurface the rotors, and call me if they needed replacing. Two hours later I return, to find the rotors had just been replaced regardless. Will literally never be returning here. The second you see you a young woman walk into your service dept, you automatically assume you can just screw her over when it comes to cars. But hey, thanks for the free car wash guys More

Frame replacement Dealer made warranty repair for frame replacement and addressed numerous other needed repairs. My door lock was fixed without my permission I told to check my car door why I can't open with keys. After 2 hrs I got a call saying door fixed and they charged me $135 for 1 hr work .
