The café is independently operated, and makes custom coffee and a variety of freshly made food. The wifi is great. There is plenty of space to relax or to work, including a quiet area and a children's area. The bathrooms are clean and big. They will drive me to work if my appointment is longer. I enjoy coming here so that I can get back to work quickly. More

About a month ago I came in for service and saw Franco who was great! He explained everything clearly. Not only great customer service but he was very considerate of my time and kept me up to date about happenings with my car, told me about coupons and explained the rewards point. He also had a sense of humor. Kudos to Franco and Woburn Toyota for hiring someone with such great customer service skills. More

Great service as always Had a recall on Takata airbags . One call had me in and out in roughly 90 minutes with replacement and two new cabin filters at a reasonable price.
