Franco was awesome! I have been a customer of Woburn Toyota for about 10 years. I have really appreciated there service over all. About a month ago I came in for service I have been a customer of Woburn Toyota for about 10 years. I have really appreciated there service over all. About a month ago I came in for service and saw Franco who was great! He explained everything clearly. Not only great customer service but he was very considerate of my time and kept me up to date about happenings with my car, told me about coupons and explained the rewards point. He also had a sense of humor. Kudos to Franco and Woburn Toyota for hiring someone with such great customer service skills. More

Great service as always Had a recall on Takata airbags . One call had me in and out in roughly 90 minutes with replacement and two new cabin filters at a reasonable price.
