Went in for oil change and tire rotation and multi inspectio Went in for oil change rotation and multi-service waited 2 hours on my Saturday day off after service was completed I checked the oil and it's the fir Went in for oil change rotation and multi-service waited 2 hours on my Saturday day off after service was completed I checked the oil and it's the first time you guys got the correct oil level since I've been bought my truck so I checked the tires and you never rotated the tires I marked the rims in the brake dust front and rear & the front were still on the front and the rear was still on the rear so I sat there for two hours for just a oil change I approach the counter Personnel to explain that you didn't rotate my tires she says she forgot so I showed her the peace the card that says oil change tire rotation and multi inspection she said she'd get me in as soon as you can so I sat back down and then after 20 minutes I was approached by her and that one of the text saying my lug nuts was stuck they says they can get them unstuck with a tool but they have I said fine do it because you were the last person who put the lug nuts on on my last oil change and tire rotation I haven't had the tires and wheels off since then. So we have to an hour and a half to two hours later on my Saturday day off they call me to tell me my truck ready I go out to my truck check the wheels because I mocked the wheels front and back and they think the rotated the wheels correctly finally so I noticed that just to move scratches in my wheels from the tool they use to take the lug nuts off. I bought my truck there at your dealership to take it there for service and you have never had a complete service done correctly I like my tundra & it's looks but to scratch my rims & don't say anything just shows the quality if work you provide there I also bought my wife's 2015 RAV4 at your dealership which I will never take there anymore because of your incompetence from many prior service is done with my tundra incorrectly seeing your service is unreliable to be done correctly. I can't believe your dealership is unable to provide a common service done correctly. There shouldn't be a doubt from a repeating customer to check everytime if the service was done & done correctly I'm I wrong !!??? Disappointment is my best description of your dealership even though you have a new building soon with the incompetent employees still in your facility doesn't make your business a better place. My patience has been tested multiple times and enough is enough I haven't had a smooth or trouble free service in years from Woburn Toyota think it's time to switch to IRA Toyota seeing it can't be worse then Woburn Toyota. The service report lie I got my car back with the low-presure tire remain On, and the pressure of one tire remain 20psi while the service report said the shop reset the ligh I got my car back with the low-presure tire remain On, and the pressure of one tire remain 20psi while the service report said the shop reset the light and file up the tire pressure to 32psi. I complaint to the service shop manager and request email reply and got nothing. Basically I won't service my car to Toyota Woburn any more other than oil change! Very cencerning process quality control! More

Camry 90,000 mike service I bought my Toyota Camry in for a 90,000 mile check up. They did the check up. No unusual problems were detected. The cost was what was advertised. Appointment completely useless, labor charges are a ripoff Twice we have used this dealership, twice we have been left hanging for days, having to make numerous calls to get any kind of update. This visit we h Twice we have used this dealership, twice we have been left hanging for days, having to make numerous calls to get any kind of update. This visit we had a Wednesday appointment, supposedly first thing in the morning. Dropped off Tuesday night. Husband calls Wednesday afternoon, no information. Called Thursday, multiple times, nothing until after 6 pm when we were told they would "try" to get to it Friday. When told we would be picking it up Friday they were able to "get to it". Basically, they recharged the a/c unit, charged us a disgraceful amount for "labor" charges because they "flushed" the system to look for leaks, and miraculously none of it was covered under our warranty. When we went to pick up the vehicle at the end of the day Friday we were the only ones there, but no one was available to help us for quite a while. Then we had to wait for the original rep, who told us she was "on hold with the warranty company" checking to see if a sensor was covered because that "might be " the issue. Again, they had our car for THREE DAYS. So we may have just paid several hundred dollars for an issue that may turn out to be covered by the warranty with no way to recoup our money. Also, quote jumped by $100 because our AC was "a different system". Awful. More

Great customer service Went to get my emission test/sticker. It's first come first serve which is not a problem. I was quoted an accurate waiting time but waiting for me is not an issue. I am always prepared with a good book and water. The waiting room has a TB which is a plus and best of all always coffee for the customers. Great customer service. More
