Recall Had a recall on my car brought it in 3 times 1st didn’t finish said parts were in. 2nd Time brought car in wrong part was sent. 3rd done with a total Had a recall on my car brought it in 3 times 1st didn’t finish said parts were in. 2nd Time brought car in wrong part was sent. 3rd done with a total of 9 days without car. Service advisor tried to charge me for the part said it wasn’t covered under warranty. I won’t ever get my car serviced with you because of him Also have an 11 yr old Toyota ready for to trade or pass to my son. But overall bad experience More

Ac repair I got AC of my Tacoma repaired in June 2017. I spent about $1800.00 for repairing the AC I Use that truck occasionally. When i use in this summer (june2018) the AC was not working again. I bring vehicle to Woburn Toyota to got the AC checked, which was repaired not even an year ago. They charged me diagnostic charges about $135.00. They gave me estimate of $800.00 for repairing that AC again. I will not goto Woburn toyota again because if you spent 1800 on an AC that does not work for even an year or i can say 500 miles, thats what i drive for that whole time. Thats not a kind of service i like. They should have not charge me anything and repair it again because i already spent 1800 for the same repair not more than year ago. More
