Poor communication, start to finish. 2 weeks of nothing. Bought a car on June 28,2018. It was delivered to my town hall (I live in NH) the next day. A “Service Engine” light came on while driving the 1/2 mile to my home. Naturally, it failed state inspection. I called Woburn Toyota and was told they were too busy to take it, come in at 7:30am Monday. I did and met my service advisor. Could not reach him-did not speak with him- ever again. Called Tues, (W was July 4), and again Thurs. Finally got a call from manager, Kathy Kittick (sp?) who asked me about my holiday. Are you kidding me? Was told she did not have a direct line, have her paged. Attempted to do so Friday, nope. She called late afternoon to tell me my car was being brought to Infiniti of Nashua for further diagnostics. Never spoke with her or heard from Woburn Toyota again. After a week of speaking to Vincent P of Infiniti of Nashua- diligent communicator, always kept me apprised, called when he said he would, etc- I finally got my brand new (to me) car back on Friday the 13th,July. I never heard back from my salesman nor the service manager of Woburn Toyota again. No apology, not a word. Actually surprised they didn’t find a way to try and bill me. To be brutally frank, I will NEVER go to Woburn Toyota again, even if I break down 10 yards from their door. More
Purchased tires I dropped my vehicle off, so I had no problem waiting the replacement tires. My only complaint was that the tire guage light on the dashboard was on after my service was completed, which inevitably made me make a return trip back to the dealership. I had to wait approximately two hours for the service department to rectify this issue. More

Long wait and poor communication I brought my 2017 Leased Rav 4 in for a Mass State Inspection, and to have the wiper inserts replaced which never worked well. I had a 10am weekday appointment and had to wait in the cramped and no frills waiting room for two hours for a job that should have taken 30 minutes tops. Poor communication at check in regarding time frame and no updates until I demanded that the person check on the status. will be going to Lexington Toyota from now on More
People are friendly but misleading. Took my car here to be looked at. I told them what I thought was the issue so they looked at it and told me that it would be $900+ to fix everything. A huge thank you to Woburn Toyota for trying to OVERCHARGE me for something that was never wrong with my car. More
