Again, everyone was very nice but it’s not reassuring to drop your car off when the person you’ve been talking with can’t rememeber why you’re there. Maybe it’s the construction or a newer employee, but attention to detail is important. More

Helpful I have a banging noise at times coming from the back right of my car. The technician drove with me to check it out.. We checked around the outside of the car and couldn't find any issues. He put it on a lift and could not find the issue. However was determined that it is not a safety issue. I was pleased at this time. If it gets worse I can go back. The technician was very good and patient in trying to resolve the issue. More
