Repaired on time within the estimate! My Consultant, Joanne Sasso handled my service problem with professionalism, clarity, and friendliness. When the digital screen of my Prius ceased to My Consultant, Joanne Sasso handled my service problem with professionalism, clarity, and friendliness. When the digital screen of my Prius ceased to function, I was informed that the repair would tie up my vehicle for about 2 weeks--the malfunctioning part had to be removed and sent to Toyota, then shipped back to Woburn when repaired. Joanne made arrangements for a rental to be available when I dropped off my Prius. The repair did take 2 weeks exactly. My Prius is running great! Thanks for all your help, Joanne! More
