Recall on car My toyota had a recall, so I made an appointment a week in advance for 10am. My car wasn’t ready until 4:45pm, and I realized the next day they didn’t perform one of the services they weren’t supposed to, so then I had to go BACK the next day and waited in line for 30 minutes. I understand the construction aspect as well as being under staffed, but almost 8 hours for what should have taken two (max) for someone who HAD AN APPOINTMENT is absurd. Very friendly staff, just please prioritize those who have made appointments and complete the service to it’s entirety. More
