Recall on car My toyota had a recall, so I made an appointment a week in advance for 10am. I got there, dropped my car off and was told it would take an hour and a half. My car wasn’t ready until 4:45pm, and I realized the next day they didn’t perform one of the services they weren’t supposed to, so then I had to go BACK the next day and waited in line for 30 minutes. I understand the construction aspect as well as being under staffed, but almost 8 hours for what should have taken two (max) for someone who HAD AN APPOINTMENT is absurd. Very friendly staff, just please prioritize those who have made appointments and complete the service to it’s entirety. More

He made me feel like a valued customer. Another great service tech is Mike gilgun he has helped me in the past several times and he's a wonderful asset as well. More

Gross for used cars If you buy a used car here, get it serviced elsewhere. They provide zero value and the waiting room is disgusting. The vending machine didn't work, the AC is held together by tape, and the chairs are all stained with a substance that I don't want to think about because I sat on them. More

Have been a customer of Woburn Foreign Motors for 20+ years and I know of no other business that does a better job of providing affordable service, product and pricing. There are many places that sell and service Toyotas - the incredible and friendly service that you get at WFM, though, sets them apart from not only other dealerships, but from other companies. You honestly feel that you are walking into your friendly, local garage and it is 1950 (the difference, though, is their use of technology to communicate and the highly skilled technicians/mechanics). Trust me - no xx here. More
