Just opened new building and need to figure out process I went in for 10k Free maintainence. They just opened 4 days before and people didn’t know what was going on. First it was not clear how to get to the service area. A guy said “make two rights and pull in the doors”. It would have been nice to have arrows painted on the ground or signs. The place is big and confusing. Once in the service bay, there were a ton of people, but no one giving any indication of what to do. Finally I got out of the car and walked up to some guy. After check in, I went up to the waiting area. Looking forward to coffee and cheap (but good) pastries. They had a pay cafe instead of the self serve stuff in the old building. I needed coffee so I ordered a cup and the guy said smalls were free. There were no signs or prices. Very confusing. I like my free pastry since it makes the wait bearable More

First time at brand new building Brought my car in for routine maintenance. 1st time at the new building. Beautiful facility. I was greeted and everyone was very friendly. Customer waiting area had a sandwich shop, free WiFi and comfortable seating. Service area was spotless. Building only open 3 days and the only semi negative comment I have is the need for better signage but that might be because of the building getting up and running. More

After calling a few upholstery shops, none could help me before the Labor day weekend! So I decided to go to the dealership where I had purchased the vehicle. I met Mark Zayac, a service consultant and explained the situation. He told me to drive the car inside the garage, and then inspected the seat cover where I had difficulty to get the strapping through the driver's seat. It took him less than a minute to fix the problem and then helped me to install the passenger side cover as well. The whole job took less than 5 minutes and at no charge. I was pleased with his quick service and helping me beyond my expectation. More
