Thoughtful coordination As all previous visits to Woburn Toyota the service representatives are thorough and pleasant to work with. This was the first time in the new building, the pull thru garage is such a great feature in New England and the new lounge was a great place to plug in and get some "uninterrupted" work done. More

I had to go to service counter to tell them my car was no longer in service bay. It sat outside when it was completed. I asked abour my car...a few service people were sitting behind their desks doing nothing but talking to each other. The female behind one of the desks told me the guy waiting on me would be back soon. Not what i want to hear. My wife and i have been loyal customers for many years. Should not be treated that way. The guy who wrote me up was very nice. John and Anthony are always professional...like dealing with each. More
