Great service My alternator died. I towed the car to Woburn toyota for the service on Sunday. The part was ordered on monday, they gave me a rental, and they gave m My alternator died. Then they called me on Wednesday morning when the part arrived and told me that the car will be ready mid-day. All was done quick, cost effective and very curteuous. Thank you! More

Simple service gone wrong I have been going here for past 4 yrs but that was my last visit. Put up with arrogant service folks since it was close to my house. But this visit to I have been going here for past 4 yrs but that was my last visit. Put up with arrogant service folks since it was close to my house. But this visit took the cake- went in for simple service and stood there waiting while the service folks chatted without paying attention. Looked past that but then went in to pick my car the next day and the lady behind the counter said they don’t have my keys and service center is closed - what!!!! And mind u this was not well within their working hours. Instead of trying to say she will help find my key - she jus sat there looking at me as if I was asking for their money. Then another service person came and was able to begrudgingly get me my key as if if he was doing me a favor. Thx but no thx. They have have a brand new shiny place but they have forgotten how to treat their customers- keep the new place and lose customers. More

Long wait and bad customer service I went a whole year without going to this place and decided to give it another try today, big mistake. I'm giving them a 2 star because I do like what I went a whole year without going to this place and decided to give it another try today, big mistake. I'm giving them a 2 star because I do like what they have done with the place, adding a cafe and other perks in the waiting area. Unfortunately I wish they're service was as good as the changes they made. I had an appointment for a simple conventional oil change. I can't believe it took 2 hours to get it done and that was all I got done. I don't understand what is the point in scheduling an appointment if you still have to wait that long to get the car service as if I was a walk up. Secondly once that was done ,customer service rep Joanne Sasso informed me about the recommendations that the service tech made. I don't know much about cars so when she mentioned things that I would have to get fix I asked, what does that mean and she looked at me as if I was dumb for even asking the question and basically said if I want to keep my car I need to get this done. That was it. She had the worst delivery and honestly didn't even know how to elaborate more on the problem. Leaving me clueless. Even if she didn't know how to explain it she could have ask the tech to come out and speak to me. Worst experience ever I will never return back to this place nor recommend it to anyone. More
