They also recommend work that could be done on your car, why (i.e. what will be the benefit), and are not pushy in any way for you to do the recommended work. I have found their prices to be competitive as well, something that I wouldn't often associate with a service center at a dealership. In my latest experience, I needed a new battery and went to the Woburn Toyota dealership early one Saturday morning after a major snow storm overnight (and it was still snowing the next morning as well). When I was almost there, a trip that trip much longer than normal due to the bad road conditions, I realized I had forgotten my wallet. Left with no way to pay, I embarrassingly asked the Express Center staff if I could use their phone to call home (I had forgotten my cell as well. Not a good day) and get a credit card number since I didn't want to drive home and back in these bad conditions. They were more than accommodating and allowed me to make a (local) call, which ended up being several calls until I finally got through. They were very nice and understanding about the entire situation. I would definitely recommend using the Express Center at Woburn Toyota...and bringing your wallet. More

I have never had a complaint or concern with this place. they go the extra mile to make you satisfied with your experience and never over charge or do un-necessary work. Yes, this is an honest dealership. Not many of them are left. More
I went into the Woburn service department an hour and a half before closing and asked if they do a 50,000 mike check up on my 2007 Camry, Mat said not a problem and asked if I was going to wait. He told me that it would take between 30 to 45 minutes once they got the car in. I told him that I would wait. I saw the car go in and within that time the car was ready. Woburn has a great service department and Mathew is one of many folks that provide great support. This was my first time dealing with Mathew and he was pleasant and responsive to my question. I originally started going to Woburn Toyota for oil changes only, but over the past couple of years, I have also had Toyota’s Express Service Dept. I originally started going to Woburn Toyota for oil changes only, but over the past couple of years, I have also had my car serviced for additional work such as brakes and tires. Mike at the front desk is always helpful and professional. If work beyond an oil change is recommended, Mike takes the time to explain the details and provides an upfront cost estimate so there are no surprises. My car is an older model but I feel very safe driving it knowing it has been serviced by Woburn Toyota. Based on my repeated positive experiences, I have recommended Woburn Toyota to friends and family. More
