Although I have had a few too many unfortunate problems with my vehicle, I will always buy from Toyota/Scion. And will continue to go back to Woburn Toyota for service for their super friendly staff, speci with my vehicle, I will always buy from Toyota/Scion. My car was serviced much faster than I expected and I had it back in no time. I had excellent customer service - I came in for my 60K service as well as a new latch for my hood (which I had previously been told about and ignored). I have serviced my cars here for 20 years because of the friendliness and knowledge of the staff as well as how they accomodate my work schedule and needs. Also I was able to use a coupon from their website for my service which always helps. While John Pope is my service rep, Bill Rich also helped me in making sure my hood was closed due to a bad latch. I brought my car in for an oil change and two warning lights on the dash. The customer service rep John Russo was friendly, knowledgeable, and had helpful suggestions for items to inspect. Woburn toyota is a great dealership all around. I have had all of my oil changes done there ever since I have owned my 2005 scion tc. Very polite. Makes you feel that your vehicle and the service you want is very important to them and that it will be done properly and correctly. I observed this while he was with other customers not just me. It gave me a good feeling about the service that was done and makes me feel like I want to bring my vehicle back there. He sets such a postive tone for the entire epress service dept. You hope that the service guys in back doing the work are as happy and thorough about their work on the vehicle.
