Woburn toyota is a great dealership all around. I have had all of my oil changes done there ever since I have owned my 2005 scion tc. I observed this while he was with other customers not just me. It gave me a good feeling about the service that was done and makes me feel like I want to bring my vehicle back there. He sets such a postive tone for the entire epress service dept. You hope that the service guys in back doing the work are as happy and thorough about their work on the vehicle. I have used the Woburn Toyota Express Center many times and have found everyone there to be extremely professional, friendly and helpful. The staff, I feel, go above and beyond to be sure that they are at and have found everyone there to be extremely professional, friendly and helpful. The staff, I feel, go above and beyond to be sure that they are attentive to your needs. They also recommend work that could be done on your car, why (i.e. what will be the benefit), and are not pushy in any way for you to do the recommended work. I have found their prices to be competitive as well, something that I wouldn't often associate with a service center at a dealership. In my latest experience, I needed a new battery and went to the Woburn Toyota dealership early one Saturday morning after a major snow storm overnight (and it was still snowing the next morning as well). When I was almost there, a trip that trip much longer than normal due to the bad road conditions, I realized I had forgotten my wallet. Left with no way to pay, I embarrassingly asked the Express Center staff if I could use their phone to call home (I had forgotten my cell as well. Not a good day) and get a credit card number since I didn't want to drive home and back in these bad conditions. They were more than accommodating and allowed me to make a (local) call, which ended up being several calls until I finally got through. They were very nice and understanding about the entire situation. I would definitely recommend using the Express Center at Woburn Toyota...and bringing your wallet. More
