My experience at Woburn Toyota has been nothing short of excellent!! I was greeted with a smile,offered hot coffee,and promised prompt service, which was provided. Wow! Did I feel special at Woburn Toyota. This Toyota location has excellent service and appears to be the best dealership around. My car (has 135,000 miles) got QUALITY SERVICE. What I appreciate is that John explains things in plain English. I never feel like I don't know or understand what works needs to be done. He's very knowledgeable and pleasant. I see this demonstrated with every customer that comes in. I truly feel like a valued customer. I have great confidence that when I bring my car to Woburn Toyota.
