John Russo was very friendly and adequate in helping me find the best solutions to my problems. I appreciated his genuine advice, and made the process of either fixing, or getting an oil change for my car find the best solutions to my problems. I was in there for an oil change, John was very welcoming and informed me of the wait time since I was going to do the Quick Lube service. The wait was perfect - no complaints! Went to dealership for an oil change. This is the dealership where I purchased my truck and I have used them for all of my service. John has been very helpful by answering all my questions as well as what needs to be done on the vehicle during the service. He also mentioned that I had five oil changes with them already and that this one as well as what needs to be done on the vehicle during the service.
