Overall, my experience at the Woburn Toyota service department has been positive. Went to dealership for an oil change. This is the dealership where I purchased my truck and I have used them for all of my service. John has been very helpful by answering all my questions as well as what needs to be done on the vehicle during the service. He also mentioned that I had five oil changes with them already and that this one as well as what needs to be done on the vehicle during the service.
