Received useful information with the tire rotation service (e.g., front brakes will need service in a few more months, and the tires are wearing fairly evenly). The service advisor was polite and professional. The Sienna was ready in just over an hour, as promised. The service invoice is designed with "Green, Yellow and Red" coded blocks to let the customer know the condition of each vehicle system (e.g., brakes, hoses and belts, etc.). Nice touches include a counter area in the waiting room where other customers were busy using their personal laptop computers. (Not sure whether WiFi internet access was available.) Overall, a very good service experience. More

Just read the Monthly Woburn Toyota Newsletter and would like to comment on one of their employees, Scott Anderson, who has worked in the Service Department for several years (not certain if he is a manager like to comment on one of their employees, Scott Anderson, who has worked in the Service Department for several years (not certain if he is a manager or ?)… Every time I’ve visited the Service Department, I usually interact w/ him and have to report what an excellent job he does! He’s courteous…has an easygoing, friendly (yet professional) manner…gets the job done and/or alerts me if there’s any potential problems…answers my questions…and makes helpful suggestions or responses regarding the overall servicing of my car. I recognize that this is his ‘job’, but he does it very well. I, too, work in the ‘client service’ area and, like many others, am aware of the unfortunate decline in American service/treatment of customers. Thus, when I receive good service, I’m happy to comment on it…and hope Woburn Toyota appreciates this good employee/manager in their Service Department! More

The service that I received today is typical of the service that I receive and that is why Woburn Toyota has serviced my 2005 4Runner since new even though I did not buy it at their dealership (which I regret not having done). Woburn foreign toyota is not the nearest toyota dealership to me, but I continue to return to them due to the fact that they are willing to give that extra effort to the customer on each visit to ensure that the customer is satisfied. The team advises only and let's the customer make the final descision, with no pressure being put on the customer. More

It was raining out and there are multiple buildings on the property for various services. The man at the front gate directed me where to park. Another man directed me to the used car service entrance. Both did so in a friendly and helpful manner. Rick Mawn was my primary express service advisor, although both service providers who assisted me were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Rick was friendly and patient when I did not have details of my vehicle, such as mileage and other details. My young daughter was also with me and once my car was registered for service I was directed to the coffee station and another service provider offered a donut for my daughter. The waiting room was very clean, the atmosphere was friendly, and we felt welcomed while we waited. The service to my vehicle was timely and I was provided with suggestions that were not determined to be urgent, although the details were explained to me so that I may prepare for the timing and budget of future service. I appreciated the feedback I received on my vehicle and I did not feel as though I was being coerced to purchase more service than necessary. I went in because my driver's side headlight was out, and my wireless key ran out of batteries. I brought my car in on 3/05/10 for an oil change and new tires. It was after 4pm John explained to me that it was going to take over 3 hours for the service. John Russo was very friendly and adequate in helping me find the best solutions to my problems. He educated me on different products and what the difference it would make on my car if I was to put A,B, or C into it. He's work ethics as far as what I've seen is superb.
