Slow Service, I’d rather pay to go somewhere else I was getting my free tire rotation, and had an appointment for 11:30 am. What I get there, the line is massive, and when I finally get to the desk th I was getting my free tire rotation, and had an appointment for 11:30 am. He says it’ll be about 2 hours to get my car back. I leave pretty upset, and they don’t call me to pick it up until 5 hours later. Doesn’t make much sense to me where the service was in this.... More

The next thing I know, I've received a text message recommend over a $1,000 worth of other repairs. I'm sure you think this is efficient to do this communication via text. But I think it's actually offensive for you to not automatically have the service call me to explain the issues. It's just bad communications at your end and you should know that. More

New facility. Less ability 25k rotation service. You would think just pull in and be out in 20 minutes. Pull in, watch multiple workers slacking off. After some time some 25k rotation service. Can’t get the system to work properly to do the check in. Tell me it could be 60-90 minutes After an hour I see my car parked on the wall. There’s only one advisor left and a line of 6 people. The worker who is supposed to bring the cars back in for pickup is again not doing his part. My keys were in the car. I found someone else in an office area and they helped me exit. More

Then they called me on Wednesday morning when the part arrived and told me that the car will be ready mid-day. All was done quick, cost effective and very curteuous. Thank you! More
