I took my Rav4 in for an oil change (the 'no appointment needed' policy was most helpful!) and John Russo helped me both when I dropped the car off and when I picked it up. Sure, there was a small wait time when I dropped it off, but once I got to the counter, John was very efficient—while still being friendly—despite the crazy-busy vibe in the office. He also mentioned the 'text' program they are now using and I absolutely love that idea and it made for a very easy pick up! (I do wonder if I'll get hit with tons of 'spam-texts' but I can always opt out of the service.) Overall, it was a very pleasurable experience and very affordable—with my handy coupon I got in the mail! I will most definitely continue to service my Rav there and hope to deal with John at future visits. More

I went in for oil change on Thursday morning and noticed a drip on Friday. I returned to the dealer on Friday and John Russo took me right in and had the service men check for any leaks.
