I came in for an oil change and state inspection but knew I needed to have recall work on my car. They had some time available to do everything that day, but since it was going to take about 4 hours to get I needed to have recall work on my car. The communication from John was very good. The wait was going to be very long but then they checked and were able to get my car in right away. They then helped me out by letting me know my Inspection Stic going to be very long but then they checked and were able to get my car in right away. The wait was going to be measured in hours, not minutes, but service technician John Russo made the pain a bit more bearable by getting me a loaner car. When I left with my new tires and brakes, John reminded me that my braking style might change due to the feel in the car. I love my Camry Hybrid, and seriously - at 55,000 miles, the brakes and tires were due. Thanks to Mr. Russo for making the inevitable less painful. More

I was impressed with the level of service and the young man that assisted me with my issues with the truck. I have not had the "real" work done yet but I am sure it will be the best available.
