My tire pressure light came on, on my Corolla. Got to the dealership 40 minutes before it closed but John had no problem with taking the car. My car battery died so I brought in my 2006 Sienna for a replacement. I did not have an appointment and I was taken right away. It only took a half an hour and I was out the door. He patiently explained the tire and brake ratings to me so I can plan on when to budget for both expenses. And I was happy to agree to his suggestion to use the upgraded oil as it's often difficult for me to schedule an oil change, and I'm quite pleased that I can return for oil change at 5,000 miles rather than 3,000.
