I like the hours and walk in service. There is always (good) coffee and donuts in the waiting room. The staff at the desk are very friendly. Even my son who has an Olds Alero has his oil changed there due to the reasonable price and convenient hours. More

I bought my 2007 Prius at a different dealer, but I get all of my service done at Woburn Toyota. They are always right on when my car will be ready and make sure I understand what is needed any why. Went in to have my tire pressure light checked, got a good explanation and immediate service. I called to get an idea of the amount of time and cost to have 2 new tires mounted and the other 2 tires rotated, plus an oil change. John got me the information I needed quickly and accurately. He also suggested I come up to do it that afternoon and told me the timing would be approximately 2-2 1/2 hours. John had all my paperwork done within the 1/2 hour it took me to get there, got my car completed in 1.25 hours, and also informed me of a computer recall for my vehicle. He was personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. More

These guys are just fantastic! I had a coupon for a free oil change. When I asked if I could pay to upgrade to synthetic oil, the service advisor told me that I would not have to pay to upgrade since I have oil change.
