Went in to have my tire pressure light checked, got a good explanation and immediate service. I called to get an idea of the amount of time and cost to have 2 new tires mounted and the other 2 tires rotated, plus an oil change. John got me the information I needed quickly and accurately. John had all my paperwork done within the 1/2 hour it took me to get there, got my car completed in 1.25 hours, and also informed me of a computer recall for my vehicle. These guys are just fantastic! I had a coupon for a free oil change. When I asked if I could pay to upgrade to synthetic oil, the service advisor told me that I would not have to pay to upgrade since I have oil change. I went there for a routine oil change and free brake inspection (offered by the dealership). They also do a courtesy General Vehicle inspection, which is nice.
