I don't like sitting and waiting and their waiting room is as comfortable as it can be. Personnel are helpful and friendly. Dropped off my car for service. I was informed that service coupons were needed since I had pre-paid maintenace. I said that I had never received any in the mail. Brought my Toyota in late Sunday Afternoon (Superbowl Sunday) to Woburn Foreign Motors with a noise in the braking system. Since the car was deemed unsafe to drive at that time, John arranged a free loaner car from the dealership so we could get home. The next day John called saying the parts were replaced and after test driving the car, it was now ready to be picked up. Drove the car for awhile and the brakes now work perfectly. Overall experience was great: Excellent service, work done properly and explained fully by friendly and courteous salespersons. More

I originally took the car in for an oil change and inspection sticker. The staff was very busy (Christmas vacation week), but very professional and pleasant. Then I received a call that my Corolla h inspection sticker. The staff was very busy (Christmas vacation week), but very professional and pleasant. Then I received a call that my Corolla had not passed inspection because I needed new tires and brakes (not great news, but not really unexpected either!). They called back several hours later to say it was ready. We were surprosed that it took such a short time. My husband and I went to a restaurant and looked over the paperwork when we noticed that there was a notation about the serpentine belt being "severely cracked", but it had not been fixed. After supper we went back to Toyota where we then explained the problem to John Russo. He went out to the car, checked it and said that it would probably be OK until the next oil change, but if I felt uncomfortable with that they would replace it right then - 7:00 pm! We went to a local store, came back 20 minutes later and it was all set. John was extremely pleasant and professional and it was a pleasure to deal with him. I would definitely recommend the Toyota Scion Dealership in Woburn, MA. More
John was very helpful from the start. I needed a simple oil change and he recommended I get the Toyota Synthetic because it is $10 cheaper for the same quality. Also, I was in a rush since I was on my l oil change and he recommended I get the Toyota Synthetic because it is $10 cheaper for the same quality. Also, I was in a rush since I was on my lunch break. I hadn't planned on the 45 minute wait so I was going to call a co-worker to pick me up but they had a shuttle that brought me back to my office. John called me when the oil change was done (only 45 minutes later) and said I could pick up my car anytime before 8pm. When I got there, John greeted me again and gave me some coupons for future use. Great customer service!!! More
My '95 Camry, which I bought there brand new in '95, has never been to another dealer for service except for Toyota service in Fla. I am always greeted with a smile and know what ever problem I may have it will be taken care of and I will be given a price before the work is done. If need a ride home I get that too. My car runs good because of the care I receive. They know that at 72 years of age I do not want to buy a new car, so they keep my car running in tip-top shape.
