Slow Service, I’d rather pay to go somewhere else I was getting my free tire rotation, and had an appointment for 11:30 am. What I get there, the line is massive, and when I finally get to the desk th I was getting my free tire rotation, and had an appointment for 11:30 am. What I get there, the line is massive, and when I finally get to the desk they tell me the appointment is more of a window of about an hour and a half. He says it’ll be about 2 hours to get my car back. I leave pretty upset, and they don’t call me to pick it up until 5 hours later. Doesn’t make much sense to me where the service was in this.... Food options are nice, just seems like we are a captive audience, already paying for service and now subsidizing the new building. Building, nice. Service, good. John Russo, trusted staff person. Food options, can’t you at least offer complementary coffee/tea/water? The reader board shows prices. Liked the fruit on the table. Liked the options. Miss the courtesy of an offered cup. Maybe when a writer finishes your ticket, (s)he could give a ticket for a beverage? More
