Food options are nice, just seems like we are a captive audience, already paying for service and now subsidizing the new building. Building, nice. Service, good. John Russo, trusted staff person. Food options, can’t you at least offer complementary coffee/tea/water? The reader board shows prices. Liked the fruit on the table. Liked the options. Miss the courtesy of an offered cup. Maybe when a writer finishes your ticket, (s)he could give a ticket for a beverage? More
