I was very pleased with the excellent communication I had with Bill Rich. I had brought my new used car (since 12/10) in because I thought the back brakes needed to be replaced. I had mentioned slightly sque with Bill Rich. I had brought my new used car (since 12/10) in because I thought the back brakes needed to be replaced. I had mentioned slightly squeaky brakes on my last 2 visits for other reasons, but it had appeared to be normal to them, until this visit when it was obvious that my car had expereinced a weird problem that sometimes happens when the brakes get stuck in the brackets and wear out both the brakes and rotors down to the metal quickly. I have an extended warranty, but that does not usually include brakes, pads and rotos. I was told it would have covered the brackets for sure though. Bill communicated with his Management on his own initiative to get it all paid for by the dealership and also the Enterprise rent-a-car I had paid for. Also, getting the parts and doing the service only took 1.5 days. They know how to keep a repeat customer at this place. Went in for an oil change. John called me back to literally show me my dirty filters.. and said they should rotate tires to give them extra 'life'. For starters, I love the hours Woburn Toyota is open - very early in the morning and late in the evening. I took my car in for an oil change and I knew I'd need some other stuff done like filter changes, very early in the morning and late in the evening. I took my car in for an oil change and I knew I'd need some other stuff done like filter changes, etc. John alerted me to the fact that since I have had 4 other oil changes in the past, that this time it was free. I had forgotten about that and had he not mentioned it, I would have used a different coupon and not gotten the free oil change. After showing me some of my dirty air filters he gave a few other suggestions that were marked in my previous oil change history. Some of these maintenance items I had forgotten about, but the previous inspection records showed that I had procrastinated a bit. Once I decided to go ahead with everything, the final bill was extremely reasonable. This is quite remarkable since just about every other dealer experience I've had in the past before coming here had been one giant rip off after the next. The staff is friendly, the service is efficient, the record-keeping and inspection forms they give after an oil change are very helpful, the free internet helped me get some business work done, and the prices in general and open hours are great. I highly recommend this dealer for future service needs. More

I brought my Toyota RAV4 to Woburn Toyota where it was purchased as I was experiencing a noise coming from the rear of the car. I was very concerned as a couple of days later I was going to have to travel purchased as I was experiencing a noise coming from the rear of the car. I was very concerned as a couple of days later I was going to have to travel a distance and I was afraid. John Pope was kind enough to explain to me after an inspection what was wrong. He then scheduled an appointment for me and gave me a loaner car. He told me it would be ready the next day at 11:00AM and I received a call at 10:59AM the next day telling me my car was finished. John Pope went out fo his way for em and made me feel like a special customer. We have been dealing with Woburn Toyota for many years and have always been treating with repect and kindness.
