There was a 1-2 hour wait when I arrived. I was greeted by John and immediately felt welcomed. He was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I went out this morning to get new tires for my Toyota Rav4 which I had purchased from Woburn Toyota three years ago. I first went to BJ's and then Town Faire Tire both located in Woburn thinking that I w Rav4 which I had purchased from Woburn Toyota three years ago. I first went to BJ's and then Town Faire Tire both located in Woburn thinking that I would get a better price at one of these than I would at the dealership. BJ's gave me a price but I was very unimpressed with the individual I dealt with who did not seem to know the product he was selling. I was quoted a price of $915.00 to have 4 Michelin tires mounted and balanced. I then went to Town Faire Tire and left the showroom after waiting for nearly a half hour to speak with a salesman without any luck. My third and final stop was Woburn Toyota where I spoke with John Russo. John knew all about the RAV 4 that I was driving and showed me three different tire options explaining his thoughts on all three. In the end I purchased the same Michelin tires for a total price of $872.15 after using a coupon I had with me. The Woburn Toyota price also included a free 4 wheel alignment with the purchase of a set of 4 tires, BJ's did not. Woburn Toyota also performed a quality vehicle inspection including my brakes at no charge. In the end I feel I got the same tires at a better price with far superior service. The work was completed ahead of the time I asked to have the vehicle back and John called my home as soon as they were done to let me know I could come and get it. I was very pleased with the whole experience mainly due to John Russo. More
I bought my Corolla at Woburn Toyota and always take my car there for service. My car was down on oil and I still had 2,000 miles to go before I was due for an oil change. I was concerned about my car so I stopped by and asked if they could check my oil. I had a very short wait and as it turned out there appeared to be nothing wrong. I was even brought out to the vehicle when it was on the lift to be shown that it was dry underneath. The necessary amount of oil was added and I was told to check the oil after awhile and to come back if I had any concerns. I felt much better. My visit there was so pleasant. I always have a wonderful experience when I come in for an oil change. I have dealt with John Russo in the past and he's terrific. More
I have always had any service to my Toyota Sienna Minivan done at this dealership. They have a quality service department. They advise you what extra things might need to be done, but there is never any pr done at this dealership. They have a quality service department. This is very rare as is not the case with other dealerships I have dealt with. As for the "ok" rating for price, if it's not close to free then it's not great :) More

LOVE the service department of this dealership. I tend to go to the Express Lube, and John and his coworkers take very good care of me. I had a nail in one of the tires and the tire was replaced perfectly. However, the service team failed to check (and replenish) the pressure in the other tires, so I was left with one brand new front replaced perfectly. However, the service team failed to check (and replenish) the pressure in the other tires, so I was left with one brand new front right tire with the correct pressure and a 1 year front left old tire with a pressure that was severely too low - you could almost see it. I didn't notice at first and only got the pressure corrected at a local gas station a few years later. The guy at the gas station couldn't believe that Toyota service let me drive away with the car as it was. More
