I used to have my car serviced at Burlington Dodge, but they closed so I took my car to Woburn for service. Woburn provided me with a ride home whilst my car was serviced over a two day period. the service was priced correctly and the car was completed on time. Thank you John Russo and Woburn Toyota. I always bring my car to Woburn Toyota for service. The staff are helpful and friendly. Ramon Santiago always answers my questions and is very nice. He's been incredibly helpful. I have great faith in Woburn Toyota service (main and express lube), and have never had any reason to be disappointed in the ten years since I purchased my vehicle there. Today was no exception: John Russo, who handled my service visit, was friendly, patient and informative while helping me prioritize my car's most immediate needs, and offering/ arranging for on the spot shuttle service so my car work could be completed without an extra visit and I could still get to work (and the shuttle drivers were prompt, and pleasant, too). I have always felt like I am treated with respect, with all staff ready to explain mechanics I may not know much about without "talking down" to me, and I feel like I am not misled or influenced to approve anything unnecessary or nonessential for my car. I appreciate the on-line coupons and other opportunities to save a little money, too. More

I have not only purchased 2 Toyota's from Woburn Toyota Scion, I have always had all my service work done here - THERE IS NO PLACE ELSE I WOULD RATHER GO. From the time you walk through the doors, until you leave, you are treated as if you are the only customer. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Rick Mawn yesterday/today and he couldn't have been nicer. He explained everything that was being done to repair my car, he contacted Toyota and dealth with approvals for extended warranty services, and when he realized it would take longer than expected, he arranged for a rental car for me for the evening. I'm not someone who knows a lot about cars,so it's important to me to feel and have a sense of trust with the people who take care of my vehicle, and I feel lucky that I have found a group of folks at Woburn Toyota Scion who do just that - they take care of my vehicles and give me peace of mind knowing that when I drive away, I'm in a car that is safe. I almost don't want to tell you all how great they are there at Woburn Toyota as I don't want to share them lol lol lol I haven't hesitated in the past to recommend them, and now my parents purchase their vehicles there and get them serviced too. Thank you so much Rick Mawn for taking the time to explain everything that I needed to know, and making sure I was happy with the services that were provided. I'm rather confused why Toyota Corp offered a free first oil change, but then they wanted me to pay $34 at Woburn Toyota. The dealership and corporate do not seem to be inline with what is necessary and at oil change, but then they wanted me to pay $34 at Woburn Toyota.
