He outlined the other needed items on the vehicle that would need replacement or servicing soon so I could prioritize what I would spend money on next. He also worked with me on the pricing and helped me get all the work done with the budget I had available. He's very knowledgeable, friendly, with a high degree of professionalism. I used this dealer for routine maintenance/service. Their prices are mostly higher than non-dealer shops. Once in a while they have promotions which looked attractive, but they always get you with other thin prices are mostly higher than non-dealer shops. The other thing I am not happy about is that they always had me wait for a long time (2+ hrs for an oil change) even though I always call in for an appointment ahead of time. More
