Had I known this I would never have went there, I do not recommend Woburn Toyota. More

Quick and good service Joe and Kathy are very helpful! They arranged things for having my brand new Toyota's small interior and exterior scratches repaired (discovered upon Joe and Kathy are very helpful! While I am grateful that I was provided a rental car from enterprise while my car was repaired, I was surprised that I had to pay for insurance and gasoline. That is something I would have liked Toyota to take care of as well. More

Nice new building I was impressed with the new building. I think the logistics regarding the service still needs to be worked out. The service staff need to assume that the customer has not seen the new building and does not know where to go when they arrive. Provide more instructions upon greeting customers. It was confusing when I was called and told my vehicle was ready being serviced. I came down to the checkout area but didn’t know who to see. People were just standing around- that was frustrating. Not sure if you have an appointment whether someone ahead of you in line could get serviced first? Received the same good service and worked with a service rep that's been their for years. The new waiting area is clean, comfortable, WiFi ready, charging stations, large screen tv and now have a kitchen. The coffee is still free, but you can purchase other items. This might be my only complaint, there was no signage in the kitchen area. You could see bagels and muffins, no prices. They look like you could order something to be could, but what? I've been to IRA Toyota (its been awhile) and they had signage for items and specialsspecials More
