Worst customers services in the services department Mike told me he is the manager of the service department. Mike has no good costumer Service he also has “NO RESPECT” to customers, excutive and the Mike told me he is the manager of the service department. He gives me the looks and makes me feel really uncomfortable. When I’m there just to change my tires I feel like he will do something to damage my car. In front of me He tells the ladies “let that lady know it be longer cause she don’t have patient.”One time I waited for 5hrs and my car haven’t been touched. Mike said he will help the executive and the owner to say he will not do anything for me cause I was rude. I was with my infant. When I called to make appointment the lady told me it only takes 2 hours. It took them 3 hours just to get my tires change. I go twice a year to get my snow tire and oil change. This constantly happens all the time.I still don’t understand why just changing tires will take that long. I’m sure service is not only all about fixing cars. I believe it’s also “customer service too. Mike never brother to apologize to me. Can someone higher up let me know what is going on? More

Great service! I went there to get my “first” car that I would be owning myself since I am a student. Bob was great in trying to figure out a price to buy the car an I went there to get my “first” car that I would be owning myself since I am a student. Bob was great in trying to figure out a price to buy the car and then was helpful when deciding to change to a lease. I did wait 3 hours to pick up my new car but that was because another sales person who managed the lease (not Bob) no longer worked at the store and he did not inform anyone about me picking up the car. Although I waited a long time, everyone was very nice and tried to get it ready for me as fast as possible. Thanks Edwin for dropping everything to get he car ready! More
