Not the best dealership to work with I had been looking for a used RAV4 for a little while when I came across the one I wanted at Woburn Toyota. So I went in and my dad and I were paired I had been looking for a used RAV4 for a little while when I came across the one I wanted at Woburn Toyota. So I went in and my dad and I were paired with Mark. At first everything was great, I put a deposit on the car and came the next day to fill out the paperwork. During the first visit, another car dealer was screaming a couple of clients about them not wanting to move forward with the purchase, so unprofessional and rude to do in front of other clients. That’s just bad business. The next day when I filled out the paperwork we were there for over 3 hours. While I understand it takes time, 3 hours seems excessive. Next, they told me the car would be detailed inside and out, it would have a full tank of gas, the original roof racks and it would be inspected and have it’s plates (which we paid for the office to do). Lastly, I was told I’d be given a second key. They said come in the afternoon two days later to pick it up and it will be ready. The only thing they did was fill the gas tank. I have photos of the car and I know it wasn’t washed on the outside and definitely wasn’t even wiped down on the inside. I texted Mark at 10am to let him know I’d be there about 1pm to pick up my car. After no response until 2pm that day he said the car wasn’t ready and to pick it up at 3 but I was already on my way there. I waited close to 2 hours for someone to even tell me where my car was. Finally I got it close to 3:50pm. That’s when I noticed that it wasn’t cleaned, they had taken off the original roof racks that were silver and gave me back ones that clearly don’t match. Mark said that they were brand new and that’s why I was getting them which is a bunch of lies. The other ones were nicer and I want them back. Next, the car was NOT inspected and we paid for that and I was only given one key. They told me come back within a week to get the inspection and by then we can make a key. Another thing that was supposed to be done WAY before I got there. I was so upset and felt cheated by this dealership, I sent an email to mark and Markus Perkins who did the paperwork, explaining to them I wanted my key, roof racks back and for it to be cleaned inside and out. Mark responded the next day and said “saying the roof racks were black”. Completely ignoring everything else I said. Also no managers, or hire ups have reached out to me to try and fix any of the mistakes. This car dealership is terrible. The only reason why I would go back is to get my key and I wish they could transfer my business to a different Toyota dealership. Here’s some advice: don’t make “promises” you can’t keep. More

Somewhat helpful I bought a Camry and exactly one week after I took delivery on it the front right wheel was making a grinding noise while in reverse. I had a problem where this happened the morning before I was supposed to go on a rhode trip for the weekend. That is the only car I own so obviously I didn’t want to make the problem any worse. I was also told when I purchased the car that I would have priority courtesy vehicles during service apointments becuase i owns a small business and can not leave it unattended throughout the day. When I called explaining the situation I was refused a courtesy vehicle because they “didn’t have any” and after a long discussion had to come in and spend an hour at the service department for which was told there was nothing that they saw however. I have heard the noise again multiple times and am now going to have to go through this not so pleasant process again. More

Superb Customer Service I have been to Toyota Woburn for service 3 times, The bad news was that my appointment was never honored and the wait times were not as promised so I I have been to Toyota Woburn for service 3 times, The bad news was that my appointment was never honored and the wait times were not as promised so I had to give it an average Overall Rating. However, the Customer Service agent Renata Starbranch is the reason why I keep returning and will continue to return. I also plan on purchasing a new car there because of her. She went out of her way each time I was there, especially this last time when my car failed the oil comsumption test. She took the time to explain every detail I needed to know. I was very upset because when I called Corporate Toyota, they denied my request to fix it even though I had literally just purchased the car and was just out of warranty. Toyota Corporate is another story and still did not help me even though my family has been loyal Toyota customers for years. That being said, Renata really helped calm me down, helped me figure out my options and continues to follow up with me. She spent as much time as needed (which was a while) to make sure I left with a plan. She continues to follow up with me. I have never had this type of experience in a car dealership/service center ever and felt it very necessary to let you know the exceptional person you employ. I made my 11 a.m. appointment in time and told the Service Advisor, Matt Arsenault that I was in a hurry, he got me in and out for my 10,000-mile service on my 2017 Toyota iM. I worked on my laptop while having a great coffee and muffin. Matt is the fastest greatest service advisor I have ever seen. I have had Toyotas sine 2000 and I will never switch. I am certain that George Albrect jr is proud to have such good staff because that is why I keep coming back. If you need to buy a new or used Toyota, see Mo at Woburn Toyota and expect to get the most outstanding service by seeing Matt Arsenault at the service desk. More
