My door lock was fixed without my permission I told to check my car door why I can't open with keys. After 2 hrs I got a call saying door fixed and they charged me $135 for 1 hr work . He asked me for over 1,000k more than the listed price and wanted even more than that and insisted I add things onto the car and said I have no choice so that he could increase sales make a profit. He did try to put a small discount which was nice so it was not all bad with him. However, this was not fair and the price online should have been consistent to the price he gave. Also, in a year I will need to put atleast 1,000k in repairs for struts and boot jam and timing belt leak. Bobby worked with me on Sydneys day off. When Bobby worked with me, things went smooth and the customer service was top notch. More

Hany and Ani are the best! Dealing with Hany (sales) and Ani (finance) was the best! At no point did I ever feel pressured into buying a car! Wonderful people who want to help you! Was greeted by a very nice woman who got me set up - mass confusion I parking lot when I pulled in due to construction but all worked out. Sat for a full two hours waiting on my car to have its first check up - two hours seems a bit much for rotating tires and checking fluids. I had an 8am appointment thinking I could get through it quickly but I guess not. Just as I was going to get up to see where my car was, the woman came to get me. She was so sweet, I couldn’t be mad! Still seemed like a long time to wait when I had an appointment and my car hadn’t even hit 5k miles! I can not remember the woman’s name but she was great!! More
