Swindled I came in for the last of my prepaid service. Ended up leaving $663 in the hole. I needed new brake pads, they suggested new rotors (also suggested ne I came in for the last of my prepaid service. Ended up leaving $663 in the hole. I needed new brake pads, they suggested new rotors (also suggested new wipers and AWD..mind you, my car is less than 2 years old and brand new. So either your cars suck or your service dept are a bunch of swindlers, I’m going with the latter). I asked them to try to resurface the rotors, and call me if they needed replacing. Two hours later I return, to find the rotors had just been replaced regardless. Will literally never be returning here. The second you see you a young woman walk into your service dept, you automatically assume you can just screw her over when it comes to cars. But hey, thanks for the free car wash guys More

Long wait results in rattling noise It took two hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. We went on a test drive and I was sold! I finalized the sale from start to finish in less than two hours and even got the price I wanted!
