Lack of Customer Service I have been coming to this location for 3 years. I will not be coming back just for the lack of customer service. I got an early morning appointment a I have been coming to this location for 3 years. I will not be coming back just for the lack of customer service. I got an early morning appointment at 7:30 am in the morning. It took them 3 hrs just for oil change and wanted add mass inspection , she said extra 3 hours. So I asked for another vehicle to go home if that takes long she rudely replied I didn’t say you couldn’t wait. So I decided to cancel tire rotation and mass inspection. I will never be returning to do service or buy a new car to this location ever. More

0 Stars-The most disrespectful staff I have ever encountered The Woburn service department was the most rude to me and my husband. We don’t speak English very well, English is not our first language. The service department had no patience for us, kept yelling at us, and the manager was out of control. The manager made us so frustrated because he kept yelling at us and screaming at us. This is the only horrible review I have ever left for an establishment, I hope you take action and make sure they receive consequences for their actions. My family owns 3 Toyota and 1 Lexus, we will NEVER give this place our business again. I will advise my friends and family the same. More
