Inadequate at best Bought toyota in Oct-17. Had remote starter added in Nov-17. All at WT. Noticed “Auto” headlight feature not working. Two days of investigation at WT Bought toyota in Oct-17. Had remote starter added in Nov-17. All at WT. Noticed “Auto” headlight feature not working. Two days of investigation at WT found nothing. Took to IRA Toyota who determined remote starter wiring the issue. Wroteup list of repairs needed. Took back to WT. Another full day on vehicle only to find head lights remain “on” continuous in “Auto”. Headed back this Tuesday for what will be the fifth day unable to use my new vehicle. Exasperated. More

Extra help when needed I was having trouble walking due to my Parkinson's Disease. A Toyota staff person noticed, had me sit in a chair by the door, took care of getting my I was having trouble walking due to my Parkinson's Disease. When my oil change and air conditioning check were done, Jo Anne from Service found me and had my car brought to the Toyota showroom. More
Poor communication, start to finish. 2 weeks of nothing. Bought a car on June 28,2018. It was delivered to my town hall (I live in NH) the next day. A “Service Engine” light came on while driving the 1/2 mile to my home. Naturally, it failed state inspection. I called Woburn Toyota and was told they were too busy to take it, come in at 7:30am Monday. I did and met my service advisor. Could not reach him-did not speak with him- ever again. Called Tues, (W was July 4), and again Thurs. Finally got a call from manager, Kathy Kittick (sp?) who asked me about my holiday. Are you kidding me? Was told she did not have a direct line, have her paged. Attempted to do so Friday, nope. She called late afternoon to tell me my car was being brought to Infiniti of Nashua for further diagnostics. Never spoke with her or heard from Woburn Toyota again. After a week of speaking to Vincent P of Infiniti of Nashua- diligent communicator, always kept me apprised, called when he said he would, etc- I finally got my brand new (to me) car back on Friday the 13th,July. I never heard back from my salesman nor the service manager of Woburn Toyota again. No apology, not a word. Actually surprised they didn’t find a way to try and bill me. To be brutally frank, I will NEVER go to Woburn Toyota again, even if I break down 10 yards from their door. More
