Thinking of buying or leasing a new car from here? DONT!! My experience has been nothing short of awful! Once they have your money, they couldn’t care less about you! I leased a brand new 2022 highlander on November 1, and it has been sitting in their basement since December 8, due to a part availability issue, which is a direct result of their inability to correctly do their job. This dealership is completely incompetent in both vehicle service and customer service. I have now been without my BRAND NEW vehicle for 63 days and counting due to an issue with the WINDOW that was avoidable. Woburn Toyota has been completely useless, non attentive, and non-communicative during this time. My email to the service manager, has gone completely ignored and unanswered, and there has been no outreach by anyone to check in, which is unacceptable. My vehicle has now been sitting in their basement for 9 weeks, and there is STILL no resolution or even minimal attempt to resolve this matter. I have a vehicle that is being paid for and is unusable, which is unacceptable. Woburn Toyota has been completely incompetent and indifferent to this situation. Do they really expect customers to purchase a vehicle that they can’t drive? Sounds ridiculous doesn’t it? Well, this is what they have asked me to do. I have owned this car for 100 days, and have only been able to drive it for 37 or those days. The disregard of this situation by Woburn Toyota is completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and choose a different dealership. Our gut told us to go with Toyota of Danvers, and we should have listened. More
I had an appointment to discuss about pricing of 2022 Sienna XLE. Sales person had very little to no information about my previous conversation I had with Client representative through email. I had to forward the email trail to sales person and explain the whole context. I am wondering how come two people working within same company has so much gap in communication.Sales person gathered all information, like price negotiations that I have done with other dealers, and stepped away to check with someone else. Sales person came back after 5 to 10 minutes and said that this particular Sienna was sold. I was forced to drive for 40 miles, one way, into dealership. I was asked if I want to test drive this particular Sienna also. After all this, I was told that car got sold in 5 minutes. Woburn Toyota owner, please treat customers with integrity, honesty and respect. This is the worst experience I had ever with any car dealer. More

Absolutely amazing experience working with Sergio (manager), Sam and Ricky (GSM.) I was stressed and felt uncomfortable as a young woman at other dealerships including Watertown and Wellesley. I almost gave up but am so glad I came in after speaking with Sergio. Sam was the best sales person-she was knowledgeable, kind, honest and super helpful. Sergio and Ricky did everything they could to get me a great deal, and the color highlander I wanted. It was so much fun visiting, and they made buying a car an easy and enjoyable experience rather than stressful. You can do all of the financing and registration right at the dealership as well. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them. More

I think I might have struck an ego with the sales manager or they are way to used to people coming in an accepting any price they want. I went in with my mother to look at a Toyota chr. Spoke with Sam and her sales manager. With $7k down they were at $360 a month on the vehicle and they kept asking me "how close can you come to our number" because I told them thats way more than we wanted to be. In the end. They wanted me to negotiate with myself. I told them where I wanted to be. $260 with $7k down. I can tell the sales manager was getting agitated. For no reason. Noone was rude. It was just his ego. He came back and told me we couldn't close a deal at $260. But he didn't come back with another number. I stood up and was about to leave. But asked my sales lady what is the best he can do on the car and from 20 feet away. The sales manager says "from here on. That's my best number" dude was rude and the funny thing. He don't know who I am and my vast social media reach and I'll make sure to tell all of my followers about this experience. I was purchasing a car for my mother. If he didn't let his ego get in the way. I'm sure we could've closed a deal. But oh well. I'll handle this the best way millennials handles bad experiences at locations. Through the interweb. I'm not even going to.mention how I called Sam. She recognized my voice and hung up on me. The second time she let my call go to voicemail. Very unprofessional individuals. If you're telling me where I want to be. I'm going to tell you where I want to be. If the answer don't work for you. Stop asking that question and come back with how close you can come to my number.
