I know the dealership is undergoing reconstruction,however they are trying to keep up with the same capacity leaving consumers paying the price. I purchased a car two weeks ago used. And it required two new tires. Took two weeks to pick up start to finish! While the salesman, Mark, kept in touch with us. It did not seem like we were his priority Since he already got the sale. I also had an issue with the financing. They sent you an overall estimated price in the beginning , when you agree to buy car. We were shocked by the estimated monthly price since we did our homework. We were told by salesman no worries we would get a great deal!Then you deal with the finance guy. All said and done on a Saturday took 7 hours! Initial rate given was 8% and my credit is excellent, an 830! Buyer beware. If you have excellent credit, you should be able to get a low percentage rate on a car over 20,000! When I told him I would get my financing elsewhere and put a deposit on the car, he seemed to find a reasonable rate after a couple of hours. Don’t like this environment it’s a game of cat and mouse ! Just want to buy a car that is reasonable. I would never buy a car from Woburn Toyota again! More
