Low price isn’t everything So I see a really nice 15 BMW 528xi at this dealer and I went to check it out. I purchased the car for a great price and I had the dealer throw a couple of service extras in (ozone, service pads and rotors on the rears, and recharge the AC). The deal was made and everything was promised and I got it all written down on paper. This is where it got ugly. 9 days from date of purchase my car was “being worked on the guys ordered the wrong parts” and yata yata. I say fine just make sure everything is done. I show up on day 10 since I was told the car was ready and the dealer did not do what they agreed to do on the work order. They did not even touch the rear pads and rotors and when I spoke with the sales manager that was involved (John M.) he said he will not give me new rotors or pads. Eddie C. came in and talked with me and said, “we messed up, we owe you new rotors and pads and we never delivered.” The GM had to get involved in this fiasco. I was furious mainly because I put down 70% in cash on this car and I was told my car was being worked on while in reality it was just sitting in the shop. I was beyond disappointed. Eddie said he would make things all better and I believed him. The next day he got new pads and rotors for the car (day 11) and put them on. He also promised me a reimbursement check for the mats I bought for the car and I sent him the receipt for it as well as maintenance records for the car. On day 12 I got the car delivered to me (finally) everything was good but now Eddie turned into a ghost man. As soon as I picked up the car he would not respond to texts and when I called he sort of blew me off. To this day (day 17) I have yet to receive any compensation as I was told and no service records. I am still shocked since this dealer has been known for customer service. At the end of the day I got my car but it was the biggest hassle, I would’ve paid more to go somewhere else where I would’ve been treated better. I blame management for allowing this to happen and the service manager. My sales rep was really good, Sal. He is very hard working but could use a brush up on basic car maintenance. More
Still haven't received my check I sold my car to the dealership after they contacted me through KBB Instant Offers. I worked with Jon Warren, and that process was smooth. I still haven't received my check for the sale of the vehicle. I contacted the dealership 5 days ago and spoke with the Sales Manager, and was promised a resolution, but still no contact. Do I need to take them to small claims court? I don't understand why I haven't been remitted payment when it's been almost 2 months since the date of the sale. Totally unacceptable. I would never recommend this dealership with the experience that I have had. More

Good experience This is the 3rd time I have bought a car from Woburn Toyota. My first experience was in 2000. Hopefully I will keep this current Corolla for as long. Nima H was very well organized for all the confusion with the building going on and was very attentive. Some of the waiting was tedious, but I do realize that it is the first of the month and very busy. Everything I was promised and asked for was received. Hopefully my spare key and drivers side floor mat will be here soon. Thank you for an easy and pleasant car buying experience. More

In Arizona and California I owned a Toyota truck for 13 yearsAnd probably spent no more than $5000 on repairs and maintenance during that time. This Siena I have right now I’ve had for about 12 years and have probably spent over $30,000 in maintenance repairs and tires. I’ve seen people in your shop pay $700 for a rear wiper repair. For some people that’s their entire savings! There has to be a better more cost-effective way. And I drive like a grandma! More
