Lack of professional service. Lies. Manipulation. Save yourself $250 right away by refusing to pay for filling your tires with nitrogen. Just refuse. It does nothing but line their pockets. Save yourself $500 on a service contract by saying "no... I'll think about it for a lower price." Save yourself another $250 by saying you won't pay $500 for documents, then say you'll consider paying less. This place offers the following nightmarish experience: Mishandling of paperwork, lack of professional service, unnecessary expenditure of time, not following through on promises, and attempts to manipulate their customers. I'm basing that on my experience. It's too bad, because a few of the regular staff were helpful, nice. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff (managers) have turned a short-lived pleasant experience into a long-lasting, bad experience. Be warned: They will not put promises into writing. They don't answer emails. Several times they would not provide names of their staff who lied to me. (Protecting their own people.) If you write to them via web mail on their website, you will likely be ignored. (One manager responded once, but didn't make an effort to solve the problems). They don't return phone messages. They processed my service agreement incorrectly. They put the wrong VIN number on the contract. They said they'd correct it, but did not. I found out I have a 30-day grace period to cancel the contract. I asked for cancellation after 2 days and they refused. Contract wasn't in effect after 2 weeks, and they wouldn't issue a refund. Numerous calls and emails were ignored. After talking to at least 10 unhelpful people, and spending many hours, and weeks, trying to resolve this issue, I wrote to the General Manager by assuming his email was initial of first name plus the last name. He finally stopped the lies, but offered no direct response to me. His business manager said I had to make a 3rd trip to their dealership (45-minute drive) in order to get a refund. Lies. And no apologies. They estimated that it would take 2-3 hours to complete the car sale. In reality it took 7 hours. They juggle too many customers at once, so when they promise a vehicle inspection the same day, you should just assume they won't have time. Just assume they are padding prices. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING until you have read every single word, and are assured it is correct. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A SERVICE AGREEMENT until you negotiate the price lower, AND you confirm you have 30 days to cancel. I recommend calling the toll-free number on the contract while you are sitting in their office. Toyota cars are great. Unfortunately, these people are not. More
