Recall on car My toyota had a recall, so I made an appointment a week in advance for 10am. I got there, dropped my car off and was told it would take an hour and a My toyota had a recall, so I made an appointment a week in advance for 10am. I got there, dropped my car off and was told it would take an hour and a half. My car wasn’t ready until 4:45pm, and I realized the next day they didn’t perform one of the services they weren’t supposed to, so then I had to go BACK the next day and waited in line for 30 minutes. I understand the construction aspect as well as being under staffed, but almost 8 hours for what should have taken two (max) for someone who HAD AN APPOINTMENT is absurd. Very friendly staff, just please prioritize those who have made appointments and complete the service to it’s entirety. More

Exchange of Lease My previous toyota lease was expiring and I needed to get a new one. The whole transaction took more than 6 hours with the back and forth negotiation. The timing could definitely improve if the sales, finance team would focus on helping one person only instead of helping multiple people at the same time. I understand it is a very busy dealership but this couls be improved. CJ was very patient, and willing to understand my concerns with price. He was also very knowledgeable about the toyota vehicles I inquired about. We need a second vehicle and we will be coming back to see him in September or October. More
