Long term Relationship I was fortunate to find Woburn Toyota in 2005 when I purchased my new Toyota Camry LE. The car has been exclusively serviced there and with 161,000 mi I was fortunate to find Woburn Toyota in 2005 when I purchased my new Toyota Camry LE. The car has been exclusively serviced there and with 161,000 miles on the car.....it continues to run as well as the day I purchased it .....13 years ago. I went in for an oil change this past week and the service representative, Anthony Petrella informed me that my tires needed replacing in the future.....he even told me that Woburn Toyota has the tire sale in October/November and I could wait to take advantage of the sale. The staff is professional, knowledgable and caring to me and my car.....they go out of their way to explain what service the car needs immediately and what service will be needed in the future. Look forward to the new building opening in the summer of 2018 with both the sales and service department inside..... Congratulations to the Woburn Toyota team for providing such fabulous customer service with a smile!! More

Frustration We went to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon. Our Salesman Andrew “drew” Neal, is not listed but he was great. He got us the price we were looking We went to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon. Our Salesman Andrew “drew” Neal, is not listed but he was great. He got us the price we were looking for, gave us a tour of the new facility and made sure we were transitioned into promptly to the finance department. The sales manager, Jose Ferreira, tied to strong arm us into a different price and was very confrontational. However, Drew was able to bring it back. Once to the finance person, Deserae Carigan, things started going down hill. First, she gave us insanely high rates. Once we said the numbers we researched she found a different APR more in line. We were putting money down, however, she told us we did not have to pay until delivery of the vehicle. Great, we signed the paperwork and went home. Our insurance company called the dealership 3 times on Monday looking for MA paperwork. No one responded. I called as well and kept getting put into voicemails. Tuesday came a few calls later and still no response or ability to speak to anyone directly. We reached out to Drew who came in on his day off to find out the issue. Only to be told it was because we didn’t pay off the down payment which completely contradicts the finance person. Jesus Rodriguez was the only person to call us back and explain. We go to the dealership that night, speak to Jesus and Drew who were very apologetic about the issue. We paid the balance, able to get the paperwork to insurance and tags. Only to be told there is only one key for the vehicle. The other key and remote starts were missing also no inspection so I would have to bring the vehicle back the next day. The next day came, I told the dealership I would be in at 1. Once there I was told it would be a 2 hour wait for an inspection sticker. It wasn’t until after I voiced my displeasure was I moved to next in line. My wife and I did all the leg work for this dealership and had to constantly follow up. This is extremely disheartening for the size of the dealership. Jesus and Drew were the only saviors to this deal. They worked extremely hard to make sure we were happy. We can not recommend them enough. However, the miscommunication and improper knowledge by other personal is extremely frustrating. More
