Good people to work with but there was a glitch. I was happy overall with the transaction and vehicle. The sales person Jacob Smith was easy to deal with and pleasant. The only problem was that the check for $5000 we wrote was inputted in their system for only $500 so getting it registered was a problem and I couldn't drive for a day. All Service-Related Work Was Wonderful! Staff is great and trustworthy. Service Advisor (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name!) was really, really great! Polite, friendly, helpful, answered all my questions and stayed in communication with me as work was being done. Only drawback was there was what I had to surmise was a service technician (Dennis) who was rude to me as I was driving into the parking lot. I had been having a bad day anyway and having him yell at me from within the car he was driving didn't help. The guys at the guard shack intervened and I'm sure something was done, but you can't undo the kind of impression that leaves with people. More

Customer waiting area had a sandwich shop, free WiFi and comfortable seating. Service area was spotless. Building only open 3 days and the only semi negative comment I have is the need for better signage but that might be because of the building getting up and running. More

After calling a few upholstery shops, none could help me before the Labor day weekend! So I decided to go to the dealership where I had purchased the vehicle. I met Mark Zayac, a service consultant and explained the situation. He told me to drive the car inside the garage, and then inspected the seat cover where I had difficulty to get the strapping through the driver's seat. It took him less than a minute to fix the problem and then helped me to install the passenger side cover as well. The whole job took less than 5 minutes and at no charge. I was pleased with his quick service and helping me beyond my expectation. More
