Good price and satisfactory outcome but a hastle The prices are very good at this dealership and the salesmen were kind and relaxed. The receptionist is patient and helpful. The problem was that the car had a mechanical problem with the child lock and an unexplained problem with the anti-skid and airbag system. We live 90 minutes away through heavy traffic; it was a pain to bring the car back. The salesman had told me all the problems were covered by the Toyota certified warranty & I could take it to my local dealership to have them fixed. My local service manager said: no way! The dealership that sold the car should’ve fixed those things before I took delivery. I had to take the car back to Woburn. Luckily, the service manager at Woburn, Cathy, was extremely solicitous and professional. She got me a loaner vehicle to use while she kept the car & worked on it for a week. When it was ready, she organized a delivery to our house so that I wouldn’t have to drive back to Woburn. As a compensation for our trouble, Cathy and the sales manager hooked up the remote starter that was already installed on the car and gave us the fob for it. What the car had needed: 2 new key fobs; a zero calibration of the computer system; a new child lock and a lube on the brake pedal. So everything turned out ok in the end and I got a gorgeous 4runner for a highly competitive price; but I went through a lot of stress, research, phone calls, and driving back & forth through the city to get it. After all, it was worth it to me because it’s exactly the car I’d been looking for for over 2 months. I hope it will get more than 170K on it as our last 4runner did. More

Just opened new building and need to figure out process I went in for 10k Free maintainence. They just opened 4 days before and people didn’t know what was going on. First it was not clear how to get to t I went in for 10k Free maintainence. They just opened 4 days before and people didn’t know what was going on. First it was not clear how to get to the service area. A guy said “make two rights and pull in the doors”. It would have been nice to have arrows painted on the ground or signs. The place is big and confusing. Once in the service bay, there were a ton of people, but no one giving any indication of what to do. Finally I got out of the car and walked up to some guy. After check in, I went up to the waiting area. Looking forward to coffee and cheap (but good) pastries. They had a pay cafe instead of the self serve stuff in the old building. I needed coffee so I ordered a cup and the guy said smalls were free. There were no signs or prices. Very confusing. I like my free pastry since it makes the wait bearable More
