I had to go to service counter to tell them my car was no longer in service bay. It sat outside when it was completed. I asked abour my car...a few service people were sitting behind their desks doing nothing but talking to each other. The female behind one of the desks told me the guy waiting on me would be back soon. Not what i want to hear. My wife and i have been loyal customers for many years. Should not be treated that way. The guy who wrote me up was very nice. John and Anthony are always professional...like dealing with each. More

The only problem was that I did not receive the call that Jo-Ann left for me telling me the car was ready I called later Ron and I came in at a time that works for me it’s just that I didn’t get that call even though she left me a message so who knows what happen I don’t 😎 More
Buying from Hany Fares Mr. Fares has sold us 2 cars. The 1st was a barely used 2013 (4,000 miles) Corolla. As soon as he knew about it he called us--we still have it. Mr. Fares has sold us 2 cars. We didn't thing we could swing it, but with his help we could. We didn't even know what we needed, but he did. Mr. Fares is an excellent salesman, and a good man. More

Long wait for oil change My appointment was 9:30 am. I came in at 9:00 am. I waited for almost 4 hours for oil change and some diagnose check. Eventually, I went to the front My appointment was 9:30 am. I came in at 9:00 am. I waited for almost 4 hours for oil change and some diagnose check. Eventually, I went to the front desk to check the status. Then I was told my car was just ready. What a coincidence. I guess if I did not ask, I would keep waiting. More

20K service for highlander Great experience at the new service center - what a change with the new facility! Fast service, great accommodation while waiting with a coffee shop r Great experience at the new service center - what a change with the new facility! Fast service, great accommodation while waiting with a coffee shop right in the waiting area. Was promptly checked in and shown to the new waiting area (which is a huge step up from the prior service center - lots of areas to charge laptops and phones and a “quiet” room, etc. Turnaround time on the service was also great - 90 minutes for the service in total which seems To be faster than prior times I’ve waited onsite for a similar service. 25000 mile check The email confirming the appointment said there would be a greeter directing me. There was not. I went to the building I had gone to the past few ye The email confirming the appointment said there would be a greeter directing me. There was not. I went to the building I had gone to the past few years and it was closed. It also said there would be a greeter at the bottom. There was not. I had to ask several other customers where I should wait. There was no person or sign telling me to drive my car in a line behind other cars in front of the bay door and drive in. Why would I assume that I should do that? Then I had to go and wait in line inside and then was told to go back to my car and get a ticket and then go back inside and wait in line. I was told I would get a call when the car was ready. I did not. The advisor was friendly and I told him that I would pick up the car after the service closed and was told it would be in front of the sales door. When I came to pick up the car, it was not in front, The sales manager on duty did not know anything about its location and told me to come back tomorrow. When I insisted that he call someone, he told me to check in back. It was not in back. It was on the entrance road up the hill. The manager on duty told me I would get a call from the service manager within the next day or two. It is now 3 full days and I did not receive a call. I am not impressed with the service. More
