My truck took longer than expected to repair which is ok. However, my service agent needs to be more aggressive in providing updates. It's fine to set expectations up front on when the vehicle will be ready, but when I don't hear back around the stated time-frame, and find myself calling, trying to chase down an update, it makes the experience less than preferred. I gave the 5 star rating based on the look and function of the new facility, the great quality of food and service from the cafe, the awesome repair job on my vehicle (and the fact that it passed inspection - woohoo!), the professionalism shown by my service adviser and the free and convenient shuttle service to my home :) More

But more to the point, the service people were welcoming and helpful, and since my issue was with tire pressure that turned out to be a simple weather-related phenomenon, they didn't charge me. I'm very pleased with Woburn Toyota, from the beginning when Scott helped me choose and finance my new RAV4, to the few service visits I've had (a few bugs in the beginning because the car was pre-owned, quickly remedied, plus oil change), and Rich Alessi couldn't have been nicer or more helpful yesterday. He alerted me that my rear brakes are just starting to show some wear that will need to be addressed within the next year or so, but he didn't try to push that repair on me -- it was only a courtesy that I appreciated. I do wish in a way that I hadn't had the issue on the day of your Grand Opening, only because of the crowds and noise -- but I appreciated the free lunch I got out of it, and I found a quiet corner behind the building where I could sit on the curb and read while I waited. The veggie burger was good, too! More
Nice people, terrible communication I went in knowing the car I wanted and was still at the dealership for. 7 hours . Told I could pick up the car on Tuesday and car wasn't there. Tried for two days to speak with the sales rep or manager and not able to reach either one. Finally got told there was a problem with my insurance which was a lie. Finally told my car could be picked up on Thursday at. 11. Two and a half hours later Iater I was ready to walk out. I left only to discover my automatic starter that I paid extra for wasn't installed. I had no mats or manual. One of my keys doesn't work and a piece of the car was laying on the floor. For all my aggravation I'll get a free oil change: ( More

Disappointed and over paid them! Purchased a certified used vehicle, waited for it to be delivered of almost two weeks, when it arrived it was and hour late, covered in road tar and h Purchased a certified used vehicle, waited for it to be delivered of almost two weeks, when it arrived it was and hour late, covered in road tar and had a chip in the windshield!!! I asked the person okay what do we do about this, should I get the vehicle registered? They said yes, and had me take it home, However, they said later to get the windshield fixed I might have to bring it down to MA becaue they didn’t know of a time where they would have someone else fix the problem. (Lucky the did becaue that is the only thing they have done right) Also even though the manager said to my husbands face they would fix the two things that he saw wrong a hole in the front bumper and the gas cover they didn’t fix the gas cap cover they “aligned” it (the top hing was broken and guess what it still was broken) they did fix the hole, and painted it, however they also waxed the snot out of the car including that area which a friend of my husbands who does body work said you aren’t supposed to wax a newly painted area on a car for a month because it takes that long for the paint to cure! It took them almost a week to decide that they would cover the cost of a new windshield (not fix it) because inspection laws state that they can’t repair a windshield if it is in the line of central vision of the driver. They said they had pictures that shows the gas cap cover was perfectly aligned which is what the paperwork we signed said. They did NOTING for the gas cap cover! Then after all this stress!!! The vehicle didn’t pass inspection because of the breaks!!!! My machanice comes in and says I’m NOT impressed at all! The dealer machined the rotors (a huge No No!!) to get rid of rust which made it so when I went down hills or applied the breaks fairly hard the vehicle shook like crazy’s!!! So this was on my last day I had to get my vehical inspected (15day period) so I had to call Woburn back AGAIN and they again had to figure out if they were going to come and get the vehicle and bring it back to MA from VT to fix the problem which they didn’t thankfully they allowed me to take it to another Toyota dealer to get it evaluated and then fixed (I think they actually thought there wasn’t something wrong with the breaks!!). After all this I was finally able to take it back to get it inspected and it passed!!! I have had over a month of stress and phone calls back and forth! I will NEVER buy from a dealer again!! They made us pay for nitrogen filled tires because they fill all their vehicles with nitrogen they say so the tire pressure is more consistent...well I am here to tell you that would be fine IF they didn’t make me pay for their choice! Over two hundred dollars just for that!!! Then the kicker after driving it for a week and a half guess what...the tire light comes on and I have a low tire! Most dealers in VT will get the vehicles up on a lift for us to see the bottoms of the vehicle, NOT Woburn. I should have waited till my mechanics was back from vacation and let him find us what we were looking for! He said he didn’t consider the price we paid a good deal at all! Also I wish we had figured out we could have done approvals online becaue our credit union was going to give us a 3.75% and they told us that if we didn’t deal with them we would have to come back down to sign papers with a check...now we have a 5% loan from some place in Calafornia!!! We don’t want to hurt our credit, but as soon as it is six months or so we are refinancing with our credit union!!! If they had to pay me for MY time and effort to get this “Certified” vehicle inspected which by definitions should be inspectable when you first receive it!!! Not the case here! We are VERY disappointed with this experience! More
