Long wait and bad customer service I went a whole year without going to this place and decided to give it another try today, big mistake. I'm giving them a 2 star because I do like what they have done with the place, adding a cafe and other perks in the waiting area. Unfortunately I wish they're service was as good as the changes they made. I had an appointment for a simple conventional oil change. I can't believe it took 2 hours to get it done and that was all I got done. I don't understand what is the point in scheduling an appointment if you still have to wait that long to get the car service as if I was a walk up. Secondly once that was done ,customer service rep Joanne Sasso informed me about the recommendations that the service tech made. I don't know much about cars so when she mentioned things that I would have to get fix I asked, what does that mean and she looked at me as if I was dumb for even asking the question and basically said if I want to keep my car I need to get this done. That was it. She had the worst delivery and honestly didn't even know how to elaborate more on the problem. Leaving me clueless. Even if she didn't know how to explain it she could have ask the tech to come out and speak to me. Worst experience ever I will never return back to this place nor recommend it to anyone. More

Slow, disorganized process Called in to check whether a car I saw online was available and was told that it was. Got to the dealership and was told to sit for a while before the Called in to check whether a car I saw online was available and was told that it was. Got to the dealership and was told to sit for a while before the salesman came and told me it had been sold. He offered to show me the same model in my price range, but it was located a green minute drive from the main office as it was at their testing facility. After driving ten minutes we arrive and found out this car has already been sold too, so we drive another ten minutes to go back to the main office. Once there the manager comes and talk to me and let's me know the car I initially wanted to see hadn't been sold, but was lost. I wait some more while they search for the lost car. I am then invited to join the salesman in the basement parking lot to look for the lost car. I eventually leave without having seen any car. I call nah the next day to check if they had found it - they had! So I return to the dealership to take a look but they still haven't found the keys so I can only look at it from the outside. I put a deposit down nonetheless and am told it will be ready for a Friday morning pickup. Later that afternoon I go back because they have finally found the keys. I sign for the car and call my back to make the wire transfer. I call the manager several times to confirm he has received the wire transfer and he never answers or calls back. I ask the salesman who says he doesn't know and can't process any paperwork until they get the payment (which must have arrived already since it was confirmed to me). I tell the salesman to start the paperwork as the money had arrived. The next day I call again as I will have received no updates. The salesman repeats he hasn't started the paperwork because he doesn't know whether the payment has arrived. The manager so does not get back to me. The next day the same thing happens - I am furious as the payment arrived two days ago. I am told I won't be able to pick up the car until the week after because the paperwork takes time (but they should have started it right away). The dealership is then incapable of communicating with Geico so I have to call Geico myself and relay information between the insurance and the dealership. After too many phone calls which I shouldn't have been making on the first place things are finally looking good and it seems like I will be able to pick up my car on Tuesday (instead of the prior Friday when it was supposed to be picked up). I arrive Tuesday to pick up the car and I'm told they haven't had time to put the inspection sticker on it so I need to come back on a weekday between 8 and 3 (I work during those times). Finally they tell me I should go to a car shop and get the sticker there and they will reimburse me (since I had paid the dealership for the sticker already). I am still waiting for the reimbursement cheque. Overall a very stressful and disorganized experience. In their defense they had just moved into their new facilities but the experience was ridiculous. Do not recommend. More
