Slow Service, I’d rather pay to go somewhere else I was getting my free tire rotation, and had an appointment for 11:30 am. What I get there, the line is massive, and when I finally get to the desk th I was getting my free tire rotation, and had an appointment for 11:30 am. He says it’ll be about 2 hours to get my car back. I leave pretty upset, and they don’t call me to pick it up until 5 hours later. Doesn’t make much sense to me where the service was in this.... More

The next thing I know, I've received a text message recommend over a $1,000 worth of other repairs. I'm sure you think this is efficient to do this communication via text. But I think it's actually offensive for you to not automatically have the service call me to explain the issues. It's just bad communications at your end and you should know that. More

Chaotic The salesman I had was friendly but new so he didn't know how to do a lease buyout which I was doing.(not his fault at all) The sales manager came ove The salesman I had was friendly but new so he didn't know how to do a lease buyout which I was doing.(not his fault at all) The sales manager came over and he had a strong knowledge of numbers and broke it down for us so that was helpful but I felt treated differently due to it being a lease buyout and not buying a new car. I wanted to add some accessories and was told there's absolutely zero wiggle room and it's due being a lease buy out. Brought it over to service to do a "return" inspections. Took 2.5 hours. Advised salesman the skid plate needed the shim kit due to being a known problem. He talked with service and was told they wont touch it. I advised salesman i just purchased a 5 year extended warrenty. He went back and when he came back he said to make an appointment to get the shim kit put in. While waiting for the employee who works the payment window to arrive i over heard another employee talking about a disaster she was dealing with trying to get a car registered. I was mortified because i am going to have to go through that process and do not want to be stuck with a vehicle that i cant register.Overall experience felt a little chaiotic. Was less than enthused that my lease buyout ment less than a new car sale. Have to come back to have my full priced accesories put on so we will see how that experience goes. More

New facility. Less ability 25k rotation service. You would think just pull in and be out in 20 minutes. Pull in, watch multiple workers slacking off. After some time some 25k rotation service. Can’t get the system to work properly to do the check in. Tell me it could be 60-90 minutes After an hour I see my car parked on the wall. There’s only one advisor left and a line of 6 people. The worker who is supposed to bring the cars back in for pickup is again not doing his part. My keys were in the car. I found someone else in an office area and they helped me exit. More
